I declare I decided to book and utilize the Harmonic Egg’s sound, light and colour therapy. Along with relaxation, it may positively support the improvement of my whole self, (the mind, body, spirit) and personal environment. I hereby waive any claims or demands that arise after participation in Made2Manifest Harmonic’s therapeutic sessions and I release Made2Manifest Harmonics, the land in which it operates, its owners, practitioners, consultants, and contractual companies from any liability.

I am fully informed that the Harmonic Egg is an alternative medicine and is not yet recognized by the traditional provincial medical system. I also recognize that Made2Manifest Harmonics staff are not licensed medical professionals, clients should discuss any recommendations made by Made2Manifest Harmonics with trusted medical professionals. All Made2Manifest Harmonics staff are, however, well informed having completed relevant training and can administer Harmonic Egg sessions safely and productively. Made2Manifest Harmonics reserves the right to deny service if it is not in the best interest of the client(s) or staff. It is understood that any therapy sessions, remedies, nutritional supplements or treatment modalities are intended to enhance overall body, mind, spiritual and environmental wellness.
